Class Types

The Coalesce Daily

This is the daily workout we write each morning. It includes warmup and strength sessions that can be modified with the workout your trainer has prescribed. The class closes with group conditioning.

The Converge

This is an active recovery class including flexibility, balance and core strength. *Now offered online on Sundays.
